Hello, my name is Evis. I am an integrative therapist and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I provide compassionate and professional therapeutic support to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve greater wellbeing.

Explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement

I work with adolescents and adults and together we explore where they may be stuck, the reasons why they feel the way they do and to find new ways of being in the world.

I offer both brief (6-12 sessions) and open-ended therapy. Brief therapy can address immediate symptoms and clients may carry on for longer working in an exploratory way, with the aim of understanding and accepting themselves. Sometimes a solution focused therapy is sufficient for what they need at that stage of life.

What is Integrative Therapy?

We are all unique and complex, with different needs and wants but we all feel better when we are understood without judgement.

I have training and knowledge in different schools of thought and working in an integrative way means that I will rely on different theories and ideas to understand my client (and myself in relation to the client), and I share these ideas to see if they feel helpful.

Together with the client we work out their priorities and expectations for therapy, and together we choose the best way forward.

My approach when working with neurodivergent clients is affirming, collaborative and flexible. I’m open to adapting the way we work together—whether that means using clear structure, allowing for movement or silence, supporting different communication styles, or checking in around sensory preferences.

My priority is that therapy with me feels above all safe, and when trust and safety are established, it can also be creative, fluid and enjoyable.
